The causes of shaft bending or fracture:

1. During the hoisting process of the main machine such as the mineral powder briquetting machine, it overturns, causing excessive force on one side of the eccentric shaft and resulting in bending

2. If the hardness of the crushed object exceeds that specified in the product manual, it may also bend due to excessive force operation.

3. The main unit of the dry powder briquetting machine of the jaw crusher has been operating under excessive load for a long time. Bending caused by equipment aging;

4. The elbow plate or the pad plate of the desulfurization gypsum briquetting machine does not meet the standards. When non-crushed materials enter the crushing chamber, they play a self-breaking protective role.

5. Improper heat treatment of the eccentric shaft led to stress concentration, causing it to break within a short period of time.

The troubleshooting methods for eccentric shaft bending or fracture are as follows:

Replace the eccentric shaft of the new coal briquetting machine and lift the main machine correctly.

2. Replace the eccentric shaft of the new iron powder pelletizing machine and select a suitable crushing and pelletizing machine based on the compressive strength of the crushed material

3. Replace the eccentric shaft of the new high-pressure pelletizing machine, adjust the working load or replace it with a suitable pelletizing machine or crusher.

4. Replace the eccentric shaft of the new coal slime briquetting machine and do not use toggle plates or toggle plate pads that do not meet the design standards.

5. Replace the eccentric shaft with a new one that has passed heat treatment.
