Precautions for lubrication of the entire forklift

For new forklifts or those that have been idle for a long time, within the first two weeks of use, for the bearings that need lubrication, when adding oil for lubrication, all the old oil should be squeezed out with new oil and lubricated more than twice. At the same time, the following points should be noted

Before lubrication, the dirt on the oil cap, oil plug and oil nozzle should be removed to prevent it from falling into the interior of the mechanism.

2. When injecting lubricant with a grease gun, it should be injected until the lubricant is squeezed out from the parts of each component.

3. Seasonal lubricants (such as engine oil) should be replaced in summer or winter.
