The new E6600HB is equipped with a 12L large-displacement Cummins engine, with its maximum power upgraded from 245kW to 321kW. The engine and hydraulic system have been professionally matched and calibrated, providing more powerful crushing.

Hydraulic control, precise and rapid

The hydraulic system of E6600HB has been upgraded from a negative flow system to a fully electronically controlled one. The crushing mode has also been upgraded from the original dual-pump combined flow to a single-pump and dual-pump combined flow one-button switching crushing mode. This makes the hydraulic system control more precise, fuel economy better, and crushing more powerful. In terms of rotation, the displacement of the dual-rotary motor has been upgraded from 130ml/r to 180ml/r, making the rotation braking more powerful.

The E6600HB is equipped with a safe and intelligent large-space cab, making mining operations more comfortable. It is also equipped with an 8-inch LCD color touch screen as standard, which is more intelligent. The Settings such as the single/dual pump crushing mode, forward and reverse hand switching, and DPF regeneration can all be adjusted through the display.

The E6600HB adopts the post-treatment technology of DOC+DPF+SCR, featuring a high combustion temperature, more complete combustion and fuel efficiency. It automatically regenerates without any impact on the overall operation time of the machine.

The oil temperature is lower and the operation lasts longer

Super large oil dissipation, cross-tonnage dimension reduction application, far exceeding the configuration of the same industry. It adopts a variable heat dissipation system and is equipped with intelligent temperature control technology. Compared with the previous generation of products, the oil dissipation performance has been improved by 15%, meeting the requirements of low oil temperature crushing and effectively extending the service life of hydraulic components.

The working environment in mines is harsh, and crushing operations have higher requirements for the stability of equipment. "Blasting King" adopts a special structural design for crushing conditions, with custom-made structural component plates.
