Analysis and Treatment of the reasons for insufficient power of Tractor engines

When the engine is running, black smoke comes out of the exhaust pipe, the water temperature is too high, and it may even boil over. If the engine speed increases slowly when the accelerator is pressed hard, the cause of this fault is that the fuel supply time is too late.

When the engine is running, there is a distinct knocking sound. Increasing the throttle can rapidly raise the engine speed, and the knocking sound becomes even more pronounced. The cause of this fault is that the fuel supply is too early.

3. When the engine is running without load, it emits severe black smoke, and the black smoke phenomenon significantly weakens after the air filter is removed. It can be determined that the cause of the fault is the blockage of the air filter and poor air intake.

4. If there is air leakage in the intake and exhaust pipes or severe air leakage at the oil filling port, blue smoke is coming from the exhaust pipe, and the oil consumption in the oil pan is abnormal, it indicates that there is a fault in the valve train or the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism. The main reason is that the valves do not close tightly or the piston rings are severely worn due to carbon deposits and other reasons, resulting in a decline in the sealing performance of the cylinder.

After ruling out the factor of insufficient engine power, if the tractor still works weakly, the possible reasons might be clutch slippage or the brake adjustment being too tight.
