Maintenance
Precautions for Using the Cooling System of Loaders in Severe Cold Regions
During the preparation and usage process, the following two points should be noted:
(1) When preparing antifreeze, since both ethylene glycol and alcohol are flammable, fire prevention should be emphasized.
(2) When using antifreeze, although the frequent steps of draining and adding water can be omitted, the liquid level in the radiator should still be
checked regularly, and antifreeze should be replenished promptly. When checking the radiator's liquid level, ensure the radiator has cooled down
(it should not feel hot to the touch) or carefully loosen the radiator pressure cap to release high-pressure steam beforehand to prevent injury.
In addition to the above maintenance for the loader's water-cooling system in winter, various oils should also be replaced according to the
product manual provided by the manufacturer.
