How to Assemble a Forklift Tilt Cylinder?

1. All parts should be cleaned carefully and burrs should be trimmed with a whetstone. Be careful to avoid impurities mixing into the cylinder.    2. When assembling, the friction surface, leather bowl, oil scraper ring and O-ring seal should be coated with engine oil and then installed. When loading, be careful not to damage the leather bowl, expansion ring and sealing ring.    3. After the piston and piston rod are assembled, their straightness error and coaxiality error must be checked.    4. The piston should move freely within the entire length of the cylinder without any blockage.    5. After the guide sleeve and end cover are installed, there should be no blockage or uneven weight when the piston moves throughout its length.    6. After the tilt cylinder is assembled, a sealing performance test should be conducted for 3 minutes under a pressure of 20MPa, and no oil leakage is allowed.
