Analysis of Common Faults of Gear Pumps for Compaction Garbage Trucks
1. Reasons for the oil pump not discharging oil or insufficient flow
The pump doesn't rotate.
The oil suction pipe or oil suction filter is clogged
The amount of hydraulic oil is too low
The internal components of the pump are worn or damaged
The seal is damaged.
Exclusion method
The spline of the pump is damaged or the power take-off cannot be engaged
Analyze, inspect and repair, and clear blockages
Add hydraulic oil to the specified height
Replace or repair replacement
2. Reasons for high noise and large pressure fluctuations
The oil suction pipe or oil suction filter is clogged
There is a large amount of air in the oil circuit
The internal components of the pump are worn or damaged
The oil is contaminated or emulsified
Exclusion method
Analyze, inspect and repair, and clear blockages
Exhaust
Replace or repair
Change the hydraulic oil
3. Causes of abnormal fever
There is a large amount of air in the oil circuit
The amount of hydraulic oil is too low
System blockage
Exclusion method
Exhaust
Add hydraulic oil to the specified height
