Keep doing daily maintenance and operation

1. Check and replenish the lubricating oil in the engine oil pan every week.

2. Check and replenish the oil level in the transmission box every week.

3. Check and replenish the oil level of the steering clutch housing every week.

The initial 250-hour maintenance is crucial

1. Replace the lubricating oil in the engine oil pan and clean the coarse filter;

2. Replace the oil in the rear axle box (including the transmission box and the torque converter) and clean the coarse filter.

3. Replace the oil in the final transmission box (left and right);

4. Replace the oil in the working oil tank and the filter element of the filter.

Maintenance should be done carefully after every 250 hours of operation

1. Replace the lubricating oil in the engine oil pan and clean the coarse filter;

2. Detection and replenishment of the oil level in the final transmission box;

3. Detection and replenishment of the oil level in the working oil tank;

4. Apply grease to the following parts:

Fan pulley, fan belt tensioner pulley, fan belt tensioner pulley bracket, working shovel diagonal brace arm, lifting cylinder support, lifting cylinder bracket, inclined cylinder ball joint, diagonal brace arm ball head, arm ball head, inclined arm ball head, each oil injection nozzle of the soil loosener.

Maintenance after every 500 hours of operation requires patience

Inspection of lubricating oil for guide wheels, idler wheels and belt support wheels.

Proper maintenance should be carried out every 1,000 hours of operation

Replace the oil in the rear axle box (including the transmission box and the torque converter) and clean the coarse filter.

2. Replace the oil in the working oil tank and the filter element of the filter.

3. Replace the oil in the final transmission box (left and right);

4. Apply grease to the following parts: half bearing housing, universal joint assembly, and tensioner pulley tensioner rod.

Comprehensive maintenance should be carried out every 2,000 hours of operation

In addition to carrying out maintenance as required above, the following parts should also be maintained and lubricated with grease: the balance beam shaft, the accelerator pedal shaft, and the scraper control shaft.
