Improvement of the HZS75 concrete mixing plant
A HZS75 concrete mixing plant was modified from the HZS75A type. The designed production capacity of concrete is 75 m ³ / h. After producing 200,000 m ³ of concrete, the production capacity of the entire set of equipment has dropped to 45 m ³ / h. With the continuous need to expand production volume and the technical requirements for the safety, reliability and ease of operation of production equipment, it is necessary to improve the control system of the existing mixing plant and solve related problems in order to meet the production requirements on the construction site.
1. The problems existing in the original mixing plant
The weighing of aggregates in the original mixing plant's batching machine was carried out using a lever linkage mechanism, and the weighing only began when the lifting hopper of the mixer dropped to the batching position. This method of batching and weighing is inefficient. The process from batching to mixing takes a long time, and the weighing accuracy is not high, which cannot meet the requirements of large-scale concrete production on construction sites. The control system is controlled by a DOS version single-chip microcomputer program. The visual operation is poor and it can only store up to five formulas at most. The database design is unreasonable. It cannot be classified, summarized or printed out, making it difficult to meet the query requirements of customers.
2 Improved content
Replace a HJP2400 type electronic weighing belt conveyor four-bin batching machine with a pressure sensor.
(2) Upgrade the driver programs of the original single-chip microcomputer CPU and motherboard.
(3) On the basis of the original control system, it should be transformed into an automatic control mode of computer simulation process flow (a Pentium PⅢ800M or above industrial control computer should be added and equipped with corresponding operation software).
3 Improvement features
After the improvement, the weighing of aggregates is carried out on the belt of the batching machine. That is, when the lifting bucket drops to the lower limit position, the belt rotates to discharge the materials, transporting the prepared aggregates into the lifting bucket. When the electronic scale shows "O", the tape stops running, the lifting bucket lifts, and at the same time, the batching machine starts the next round of batching. The above-mentioned improvements can shorten the batching time and enhance work efficiency.
(2) The control system adopts the WINDOWSR version of the concrete production management system HNT2001 developed by Jinan Xinrui Automation Control Co., LTD. This management system is an advanced simulation process flow user management system that adopts microcomputer automatic control mode. It not only can clearly display the entire mixing process on the computer screen, but also can record, organize and query a large amount of data in real time during the concrete production process, and can create and print various different reports.
The total cost of the above-mentioned improvements was 50,000 yuan. After the improvement, the equipment was restored to the production capacity standard of 75m ³ / h during use on the construction site, ensuring the requirements for large-scale concrete production on the site. Moreover, the reliability and practicality of the equipment were greatly enhanced, and it was easy to operate. With just a click of the mouse, fully automated monitoring tasks could be achieved.
