How to clean the filter of a truck crane

Depending on the cleanliness of the diesel, the diesel filter generally needs to be maintained once every 5 to 10 days. Just unscrew the plug to drain water or remove the water collection cup of the pre-filter, pour out the impurities and water inside, clean it thoroughly and then reinstall it. A vent plug is installed on the diesel filter cover of the truck crane to discharge the air in the low-pressure diesel pipeline and the diesel filter. It is also equipped with a return oil valve to ensure that there is a certain pressure in the oil circuit and that the excess diesel flows back to the oil tank through the return oil pipe. After the maintenance and cleaning of the diesel tank and diesel pre-filter, it is usually necessary to use the manual pump of the fuel injection pump to transfer fuel and exhaust gas in the low-pressure fuel pipe. When venting, loosen the air release plug of the filter, and continuously pump oil with a manual oil transfer pump to expel diesel containing bubbles from the oil outlet end plug of the filter until the bubbles disappear. Then immediately tighten the plug and continue pumping oil until all the bubbles in the diesel discharged from the oil inlet end plug of the truck crane filter have completely disappeared and diesel continues to flow out. The filter element needs to be replaced approximately every six months. When reassembling, pay attention to the correct and reliable installation of the sealing ring on it. Replace it with a new one if it is damaged.
