Maintenance
Attention, users purchasing water-cooled diesel small road rollers in winter!!
In the cold winter, some maintenance measures need to be taken to maintain the small road rollers during the winter break. Here are some tips to share with you all, hoping to be of help.
1. Clean the vehicle body, thoroughly clean the inside and outside of the small roller, including the engine, transmission, hydraulic pump, oil pipe connection points and other components. Rinse the water tank, oil and hydraulic oil radiator, cylinder head heat sink and cooling channel. The purpose is to monitor for any leakage, which helps to enhance heat dissipation.
2. Pay close attention to whether all the bolts at the connection points are complete, loose or missing, such as the engine claw bolts, drive shaft bolts, gearbox fixing bolts, etc. Tighten the loose bolts in time and replenish the missing ones.
3. Make a table of the faults that occur in the mechanical equipment and eliminate them item by item. The principle to follow is from easy to difficult. Within the warranty period, it is best to choose original factory parts, which are well-matched and of guaranteed quality. Remember to ensure the quality of maintenance to avoid the same faults. Especially for potential safety hazards, they should be discovered at the first moment and dealt with promptly.
4. Maintain and service the entire vehicle. Apply grease to all lubrication points. Replace the antifreeze oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil and coolant on time as required by the user manual. Replace the oil filter, diesel filter, hydraulic oil filter and hydraulic transmission oil filter as required. Some engines have one or two water drain switches. If the coolant is not drained completely, and water is usually used, the antifreeze must be replaced in winter. Use new antifreeze to force out the water and then turn off the water drain switch. If the engine does not change the antifreeze, it may cause the cylinder block to crack due to freezing, resulting in unnecessary losses.
