In the south, heavy rain is still pouring down, while in the north, a warm purple atmosphere prevails.

The scorching heat of the blazing sun turned most areas in the north purple.

Yingxuan Heavy Industry reminds: Be careful! High temperatures can easily lead to heatstroke. Not only people, but also cars!

On hot days, if people experience symptoms such as fatigue, thirst, dizziness, blurred vision, tinnitus, and nausea, they should be cautious. These could be early signs of heatstroke. They need to immediately rest in a shady or well-ventilated place and replenish light salt water in a timely manner.

Most of the "heatstroke" of loaders is caused by our neglect of some minor details. So, what symptoms are there in this situation? How should we respond then?

Symptom 1: When driving at high speed, if you smell a burnt odor through your nose, it might be that the loader has "heatstroke".

At this point, you should immediately slow down and pull over to the side of the road to check if the brakes are smoking. If there is smoke, it indicates that the brake temperature is too high. You should stop to rest and check to avoid brake failure caused by excessive temperature.

Symptom 2: After long-term use, the fan drive belt will become fatigued, deformed and loose, reducing the cooling effect.

Therefore, the water pump needs to be inspected frequently. When replacing the belt, it is important to choose the correct model and length, and adjust the tightness of the belt properly after installation.

Symptom Three: Under the scorching sun, when people and vehicles are at rest, the piston rod of the loader's oil cylinder also becomes hot.

This is because during breaks in the workshop, some drivers will raise the loading boom to shield the cab to prevent themselves from being exposed to the sun. However, this can easily cause the piston rods of the oil cylinders to be directly exposed to the sun and quickly become hot. When in operation, the cylinder itself will also generate high temperatures. The combination of the two will accelerate the aging of the oil seal in the cylinder.

Therefore, in order to extend the service life of the oil cylinder and save yourself some unnecessary expenses, try to retract the piston rod of the oil cylinder during rest to avoid direct exposure to the sun.

In addition, there are some small details that are easy to overlook and require our constant attention.

For instance, during the daily maintenance of loaders, it is necessary to promptly clean the dust and dirt on the surface of the battery, as well as the oxides on the terminals and wire joints. The vent holes should be kept unobstructed, and the battery should be securely fixed.

In summer, it is important to remember not to put lighters, perfumes, air fresheners and other items in the car to be exposed to high temperatures and direct sunlight, as this may cause explosions that injure people or lead to vehicle fires.
