Yuchai's multiple power equipment, brimming with power, shone at the 21st GPOWER Power Exhibition

From August 11th to 13th, the 21st China International Power Equipment Generator Set Exhibition was grandly held in Nanjing. Yuchai Shipbuilding & Power showcased a variety of "hardcore" products such as YC16VTDN, YC16VTD, YC12VC, YC6TH, YCA08, YCD4V and machine tool box castings, which were of high technology, high performance and high appearance level. It attracted a large number of spectators to gather around and ask questions, demonstrating Yuchai's powerful technological strength to the audience.

The YC16VTDN gas engine adopts a strong extrusion and high rolling flow combustion system and strong Miller cycle technology. The continuous power of the generator set it is compatible with can reach 1200kW, and the power generation efficiency is as high as 41%, ranking among the world's top level. The oil change cycle can reach up to 1,000 hours. It is applicable to gas sources such as natural gas and biogas, and can provide efficient and reliable power generation and the best solutions for oil fields, livestock breeding, landfill sites, sewage treatment and other places. It is a new type of gas power developed by Yuchai to meet domestic environmental protection requirements and the new market environment.

YC16VTDN

The YCA08 series engines have a power range of 140 to 235KW. They adopt the CR+DOC+DPF+SCR emission technology route and an efficient SCR injection strategy. They have obvious advantages in power performance, emission effect, fuel consumption performance and durability. Meanwhile, they are compact in structure and highly adaptable, meeting the usage requirements of high-altitude environments. The engine is equipped with the industry's top-notch fuel fine filter and oil filter, meeting a 500-hour maintenance cycle. This not only effectively protects the engine but also reduces maintenance and fuel costs.

YCA08

In addition to the new power generation products, the site also specially displayed the large machine tool box casting products. The wall thickness of these castings is 20 to 80mm. Through casting simulation and the application of furan resin self-hardening sand process, the casting is ensured to be qualified in one go, highlighting Yuchai's casting technology level in large castings for shipbuilding and power.
