"Big MAC" assemble! Yuchai's high-end power equipment shone at the GPOWER Power Exhibition

From June 11th to 13th, the 24th China (Shanghai) International Power Equipment and Generator Set Exhibition (abbreviated as:) The GPOWER Power Exhibition was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Yuchai showcased its YC16VCN gas generator set, as well as YC16VC and YC20VTD diesel engines for power generation and other high-end power equipment, presenting a comprehensive display of Yuchai's cutting-edge technological achievements and outstanding strength in the field of power generation.

The Yuchai YC16VCN gas generator set is the first 2MW-class high-speed gas generator set in China, with an electrical efficiency exceeding 42%, on par with the world's top level. It can be widely applied in gas power station fields such as oil extraction, natural gas extraction, coal mining, biogas projects, livestock and poultry breeding, and garbage treatment, providing users with efficient, reliable, economical and environmentally friendly green power solutions.

The YC16VC series of power generation units adopt high-temperature wear-resistant materials and internationally leading electronic control high-pressure common rail technology. They are perfectly compatible with 2500-3300kW generator sets and feature significant advantages such as compact design, outstanding performance, green energy conservation, high efficiency and reliability. They are widely used in data centers, isolated power stations, large commercial centers and high-end manufacturing enterprises in various industries. It can provide a solid guarantee for the stable power supply in important fields.

The YC20VTD diesel engine, as an innovative masterpiece of Yuchai, has a speed of up to 1800 RPM and is specially designed for 2000kW commonly used generator sets. It adopts a compact design scheme with small cylinder diameter and multiple cylinder numbers, featuring small volume and light weight, which is convenient for installation and transportation. Equipped with high-pressure common rail, four-turbocharger, water-air cooling and other efficient combustion technologies, the cylinder liner, piston, piston ring, bearing bush and other components all adopt low-friction motion pairs, which greatly improves fuel economy.

The products exhibited by Yuchai this time, with their high appearance level, high performance, new technology and good market performance, attracted many domestic and foreign guests to stop and visit and exchange. They praised the technological innovation achievements made by Yuchai.

The current GPOWER Power Exhibition is jointly organized by the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association, the Emergency Power Equipment Special Committee of the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association, the Internal Combustion Power Generation Equipment Branch of the China Electrical Equipment Industry Association and other units. As an annual grand event in the industry, the exhibition area of this year has been expanded once again, and the number of participating enterprises has reached a new historical high. The exhibition area exceeded 60,000 square meters, with over 1,000 domestic and foreign enterprises participating. A large number of new products, new technologies and new application scenarios in fields such as power equipment, generator sets, intelligent computing power and data center infrastructure were displayed at the exhibition.
