1. Check for oil and coolant leaks, record tire damage, hose compression deformation, bolt loosening or cutting edge wear, etc.

2. Remove crushed stones, residues and garbage from the loose areas of the bulldozer board or disc.

3. Check and ensure that the sliding rails of the bulldozer and the top surface of the disc are clean.

4. Ensure that safety signs are clean and in good condition. Replace it in time if it is damaged, lost or unclear.

5. Clean the cockpit glass thoroughly and check if all the rearview mirrors are adjusted properly.

Before starting the motor grader, make sure that all tools and other unsecured items on the machine are clear.

7. Visually check the brake fluid level through the semi-transparent master cylinder container. The liquid level should be at the flange of the container, no more than 1 inch away from the top of the container cover.

8. Conduct a check every week or after working for 50 hours. When conducting the inspection, the daily pre-startup inspection method should also be used. When conducting all inspections, the motor grader must be in the off state.
