Working principle

The feed crusher is composed of several parts, including the feeding slide plate, the crushing chamber and the conveying device. There is a rotor in the crushing chamber, which is composed of a disc and movable hammer pieces. The sieve and the toothed plate are also the main working components of the crusher. During operation, the material to be processed enters the crushing chamber from the loading slide plate and is gradually crushed to the required particle size through the sieve holes by the repeated impact, friction and collision on the toothed plates of the high-speed rotating hammer pieces. The leaked feed is sent to the aggregate drum by the conveying fan and the conveying pipe. Inside the aggregate drum, it is further separated. The powder is discharged from the bottom and bagged, while the air is discharged from the top.

Precautions for Use

1. Operator protection: Before using the feed crusher, it is necessary to check whether the operator is wearing appropriate work clothes and safety helmets, and has put on personal protective equipment such as earplugs and goggles. Ensure the good health of the operators and strictly prohibit operation after drinking alcohol.

2. Remove foreign objects: Before operating the feed crusher, all debris and flammable materials around the machine should be cleared away thoroughly. At the same time, it is necessary to check whether there are any foreign objects such as metals and stones in the feed to prevent them from entering the machine and damaging it or causing accidents.

3. Be familiar with operating procedures: Before starting to use the feed crusher, it is necessary to be familiar with and understand the operation manual and relevant safety operation procedures of the feed crusher. Ensure that the operators possess relevant operational skills and receive training before use.

4. Appropriate batching: When operating a feed crusher, batching should be done reasonably based on the capacity and characteristics of the machine. It is not advisable to exceed the design capacity of the feed crusher to avoid problems such as material jamming, blockage and overload.

5. Startup operation: Before starting the feed crusher, it should be adjusted to a low speed first, and then the operator should leave the machine to ensure its normal operation. Then, gradually increase the speed to ensure that the machine operates smoothly without any abnormal noise

6. Regular maintenance: After a period of use, regular inspections and maintenance should be carried out based on the frequency of use and the condition of the machine. Clean the blades and screens, and inspect the condition of the bearings and transmission system to ensure the normal operation of the feed crusher.

7. Observe the operating status: During the operation of the feed crusher, it is necessary to constantly monitor the machine's operating status. If any abnormal conditions such as overheating, unusual noise or vibration are detected, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. It can be used again only after the fault has been eliminated.

8. Prevent counterattack injury: During the feeding process, avoid bringing your hands or other objects close to the feeding port of the feed crusher to prevent counterattack injury. At the same time, the stability of the feeding should be maintained to prevent large pieces of material from entering the machine simultaneously, so as to avoid blockage.

9. Pay attention to power supply: When using the feed crusher, ensure that the power socket and power cord have good contact to prevent unstable current or fire and other dangers caused by poor contact.

10. Waste Disposal: After the feed crusher is used, the waste and remaining feed should be thoroughly cleaned up to prevent accumulation and bacterial growth.
