What are the key points for the operation and maintenance of the silage wrapping machine
Key points of operation
Preparation before homework
Site preparation: A flat working site of no less than 15m×20m is required. The area is mainly divided into equipment area, material storage area, material loading area and bale unloading area. In addition, a relatively flat silage storage area needs to be prepared. The storage area should be on a high ground, unable to retain water during rain, and free from any unfavorable factors that could puncture or scratch the baling film of the hay bales.
Personnel and equipment preparation: This equipment must be staffed with at least three operators, including one trained operator for the wrapping and silage equipment, one operator for the feeding equipment, and one operator for the baling transfer and palletizing equipment. Two types of equipment are required, including one feeding device (a loader with a bucket width of about 2.5 meters) and one baling transfer device (a 75-type baling machine).
Equipment connection and inspection: In accordance with the requirements of the manual, connect the feeding bin, air source and power supply to the main control cabinet, ensuring that there are no loose connections, short circuits or short links in the connection lines. Connect the air source connection pipe to the pneumatic control cabinet of the main unit. Open the side machine cover, check if the bolts are loose or fallen off, check the tightness of the chain, and inspect whether the sprocket, aluminum roller, shaft, bearing and other rotating parts are damaged, whether they rotate flexibly, and whether there is any rubbing or grinding, and handle them accordingly. Lubricating oil and grease should be added to the positions where lubricating oil and grease are needed.
Test run
Static test run: Turn on the power, check whether all sensors are normal and corresponding, check whether the safety protection device, air source pressure, pneumatic working components and other working devices are working properly, and whether the film wrapping device is in the initial position. Start the machine statically (without starting the main motor) to verify whether the pneumatic working components such as manual opening and closing of the compartment, film wrapping, and bale unloading, as well as each clutch, are working properly.
No-material test run: Turn on the main motor and check if the rotation direction is correct (for the first connection and startup). Conduct a no-material test run and running-in for 3 to 5 minutes. Inspect the feeding bin, coating mechanism, and coating seat motor for any abnormal sounds or movements. After stopping the machine, check for any friction or high temperature. Only after eliminating all faults can the material test run and debugging be carried out.
Operation process
Feeding: Roughage should be stacked on the right rear side of the mixing silo to facilitate the driver's operation of the feeding equipment to feed the wrapping silage equipment. When loading materials, ensure the looseness of the materials. The mixing bin should not be too full. When loading, try to move the materials to the rear of the mixing bin as much as possible.
Monitoring and handling of abnormalities: Operators of the wrapping and silage equipment should always pay attention to whether the feeding in the mixing bin and the baling bin is smooth, whether the inner film (net) is abnormal, and whether the stretch wrapping film is broken or missing. If any abnormality is found, it should be dealt with immediately. If necessary, press the emergency stop switch. Only after the fault is eliminated can the power be restored to continue the operation. Power can be restored only after 15 seconds of power-off and emergency stop, and normal operation can be resumed 15 seconds after power-on.
Hay bale transportation and stacking: When operators of hay bale transportation equipment are transporting hay bales, they should align and hold the bales firmly. They should hold the bales tightly while minimizing their deformation. During transportation and flipping, there should be no sliding or falling of the bales. The hay bales should be placed in the right position and placed gently. They must not rub against the ground or surrounding objects to avoid scratches or breaks. The packages should be piled up on a higher ground to avoid water accumulation and soaking. It is recommended that the wrapping be stacked at a height of two layers, with a maximum of three layers, to prevent deformation of the lower layers of wrapping.
Key points of maintenance
Cleaning and maintenance: Regularly clear internal and external debris to keep the equipment clean and tidy.
Lubrication and maintenance: Regularly apply lubricating oil to gears, bearings and other "joint" parts to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.
Check the fasteners: Before and after each use, check whether the screws, nuts and other components are tightened, and promptly identify and solve any problems.
Troubleshooting: When encountering situations such as the machine suddenly stopping working or making abnormal sounds, first calm down and check one by one according to the troubleshooting steps in the manual. If you are unable to solve the problem by yourself, you should contact professional maintenance personnel in time.
Regular inspection and replacement of components: As the usage time increases, the equipment will show signs of wear and tear, especially in the chain and V-belt sections. Regular comprehensive inspections and adjustments of the machinery and equipment should be carried out. All the drive belts should be disassembled and wiped clean, and all the chains should be disassembled and cleaned. After drying the drive belts and chains, they should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated place. Meanwhile, record the model, specification and transmission part of the drive belt to avoid errors during the subsequent installation process. During the process of cleaning the chain, diesel or kerosene is needed. After draining, it still needs to go through heating, boiling, dipping and film coating and other steps to ensure the performance of the chain and greatly extend its service life.
