Safety operation norms for loaders, everyone should pay attention!

1. Inspect the technical conditions of all parts of the vehicle in accordance with the prescribed items and standards to ensure they are in good condition. Pay special attention to checking whether any parts of the machinery have fallen off, become loose or deformed.

2. Before driving, one should check all necessary documents for driving, such as the vehicle registration certificate and the driver's license. It is strictly forbidden to drive without a license.

When driving in mountainous areas or on slopes, the towing start control lever should be kept in the engaged position. The drag start must be driven in the forward direction.

4. Changing the direction of travel should be done after the vehicle has come to a stop. Changing the drive control lever must also be done after the vehicle has come to a stop.

When transporting materials, the lower hinge point of the boom should be kept 400 millimeters above the ground. The bucket must not be lifted to the highest position to transport materials.

6. Do not drive in a direction that is at a right Angle to the slope.

Before picking up the goods, the front and rear vehicle bodies should be in a straight line, aligned and close to the cargo pile. At the same time, the bucket should be parallel to the ground and then the goods can be picked up.

8. When working under overhead pipelines (especially power transmission lines), the bucket should be lifted at a sufficient safety distance from the pipeline.

9. When unloading materials for a heavy-duty truck, the bucket must not scrape or touch the vehicle.

10. During the pushing or leveling operation, pay attention to observing whether there are any foreign objects on the ground. If the vehicle's progress is blocked, operate with caution and do not force it forward.

When parking, the bucket should be placed flat on the ground. Place the reversing control lever in the central position. If the vehicle is to be parked for a long time, slowly move the lifting mechanism and flip the bucket 2 to 3 times. Install the safety connection rods of the front and rear vehicle bodies properly.

Nine Prohibitions for Safe operation of Loaders

1. Do not use the high-speed gear to pick up goods (except for loose grains).

2. It is not allowed to pick up goods while turning.

3. Do not lift while driving.

4. Do not load the bucket with uneven weight.

5. It is strictly prohibited to use the bucket for excavation operations.

6. The driver is not allowed to leave the vehicle when the bucket is suspended.

7. No one is allowed to stand or carry out maintenance under the lifted bucket.

8. It is strictly prohibited to use the bucket to lift personnel for high-altitude operations.

9. It is strictly prohibited to directly shovel materials onto ships at the wharf or on the shore.
