2. Try to use diesel provided by regular gas stations. Even if the diesel is from regular gas stations, do not add it directly to the fuel tank. Filter it before adding (a common method is to put a sock on the fuel filler port).

3. Before starting work every day, drain water from the bottom of the diesel tank and the oil-water separator. Purchase genuine diesel filter elements and replace them according to the specified maintenance cycle. To clarify, the filter paper of genuine factory filter elements is fine and dense, and has a large impurity interception capacity, so it is more prone to clogging. The replacement cycle of genuine factory filter elements is shorter than that of counterfeit factory filter elements. Therefore, a filter element that does not clog for a long time is not a good filter element.

4. Regularly inspect the air filter element. When there is a lot of dust on the outer filter element, blow it from the inside out with compressed air. The air pressure should not be too high to prevent the filter element from being blown through. The inner filter must not be cleaned by blowing. After cleaning the outer filter 2 or 3 times, replace it with a new one along with the inner filter.

5. Do not idle for a long time to save fuel and prevent carbon deposits.

6. Check the water tank and water pump every day to prevent water shortage or leakage, which may cause engine overheating or cylinder flushing.

Ii. Hydraulic Walking and Rotating System

Replace the hydraulic oil, return oil filter element and pilot filter element as per the prescribed maintenance cycle, and pay attention to whether there are iron filings or copper filings adhering to the filter elements. When using a breaker, the deterioration of hydraulic oil accelerates, and the replacement cycle should be shortened.

2. Do not operate for a long time without oil. After changing the hydraulic oil or hydraulic components, be sure to expel the air. Pay attention to waterproofing. Do not engage in deep-water operations. When cleaning, do not directly rinse electrical components with water.

3. The gear oil of the rotary reducer and the walking reducer should be replaced periodically.

4. Pay attention to cleaning the dirt and debris from the pin shaft part and apply grease. Check every day whether the pin shaft bolts are loose, fallen off or missing, and tighten them in time.

5. Check the structure for any cracks or deformations every day. When parking an excavator, pay attention to the surrounding environment. Park it on a solid, stable and hard ground. Do not park it by the river, on the edge of a cliff or at the foot of a hillside to prevent unexpected accidents.

6. When parking, fully retract the bucket cylinder and let the bucket touch the ground to prevent the cylinder from being hit.

Iii. Electrical System

1. Pay attention to waterproofing. Do not work in deep water. When cleaning, do not directly rinse electrical components with water.

3. Do not replace fuses with iron or copper wires, nor use fuses that do not meet the specifications.

5. The instruments, computer boards, fuse boxes, sensors, solenoid valves and bus sections should be protected from rainwater.

Four. Chassis and four wheels and one belt

1. Regular maintenance and inspection of the four wheels and one belt, namely the drive wheels, guide wheels, idler wheels, supporting wheels and tracks, as well as cleaning of the dirt.

2. Pay attention to cleaning the dirt and debris from the pin shaft part and apply grease. When wading through water and the water overflows the rotating gear ring, be sure to replace the grease inside the rotating gear ring.
