Operation and maintenance methods for floor leveling machines

One: Check every day when starting up

1. Check for oil and coolant leaks, record tire damage, hose compression deformation, bolt loosening or cutting edge wear, etc.

2. Remove crushed stones, residues and garbage from the loose areas of the bulldozer board or disc.

3. Check and ensure that the sliding rails of the bulldozer and the top surface of the disc are clean.

4. Ensure that safety signs are clean and in good condition. Replace it in time if it is damaged, lost or unclear.

5. Clean the cockpit glass thoroughly and check if all the rearview mirrors are adjusted properly.

Before starting the motor grader, make sure that all tools and other unsecured items on the machine are clear.

7. Visually check the brake fluid level through the semi-transparent master cylinder container. The liquid level should be at the flange of the container, no more than 1 inch away from the top of the container cover.

8. Conduct a check every week or after working for 50 hours. When conducting the inspection, the daily pre-startup inspection method should also be used. When conducting all inspections, the motor grader must be in the off state.

Second: Remember the simple operations

1. Fasten your seat belt. 2. Start the engine. 2.1 Insert the ignition key and turn it to the "ON" position. Turn the key halfway to the "ON" and "START" positions. This is the "TEST" position. Check and make sure all warning lights and alarms are powered on.

2.2 Turn the key clockwise to the "START" position. After the engine starts, release the key.

Three: Tips to make your device even more powerful

1. Lift the bulldozer board and all accessory devices off the ground. Put the bulldozer blade into the tire and turn the front wheel to ensure that it does not hit the bulldozer blade.

When starting to move the motor grader, do not use any forward gear higher than 4 or reverse gear higher than 2.

3. Press the clutch and brake pedals, and move the gearshift lever to the "FORWARD" or "REVERSE" position.

4. Gently push the lever to the left or right to select the start position. Release the handbrake and slowly release the clutch and brake pedals. 5. The accelerator must be stepped on. Now, the motor grader is already in operation.

When operating the machine, do not place your feet on the clutch or brake pedal, as this will cause unnecessary wear and tear.

Fourth: Work must be completed

1. Reduce the engine speed. To stop the machine, place the transmission in the appropriate gear, then slowly press down and keep the clutch and brake pedals firmly on. Only by stepping on the brake pedal can the machine come to a stop.

2. When the transmission is in gear and the engine is running, use the brake to secure the motor grader.

3. Move the gearshift lever to the "NEUTRAL" position and release the handbrake.

4. Release the clutch and brake pedal. Lower the bulldozer and all the accessory devices to the ground and turn off the engine.

Five: Daily maintenance is very important

Safety regulations for maintenance

1. Stop the motor grader on a flat road surface, set the gearbox to "NEUTRAL" mode, and use the handbrake. 1.2 Move the bulldozer and all accessories to the ground without applying downward pressure.

1.3 Shut down the engine.

2. Daily technical maintenance

1. Check the control light.

The liquid level of the oil pan brake container. Engine air filter clogging indicator.

Hydraulic oil level, coolant level, fuel level, etc.

The transmission oil level is at the middle position when idling.

3. Periodic technical maintenance: For technical maintenance every other week, 250, 500, 1000, and 2000 hours, please refer to the detailed maintenance schedule.

4. Maintenance for long-term storage

When the motor grader has not been in use for more than 30 days, it is necessary to ensure that its components are exposed.

2. Thoroughly clean the motor grader to ensure that all corrosive residues are flushed away.

3. Open the drain valve at the bottom of the fuel tank and release about 1 liter of fuel to remove any accumulated water.

4. Replace the air filter and mechanical filter, and add fuel stabilizer and preservative to the fuel tank.

5. Remove the battery and store it in a well-ventilated and dry place. The temperature should be between 0 and 21 degrees Celsius, and make sure the battery is fully charged.
