"Control"

The speed of the hydraulic excavator's movement and the magnitude of its force can both be controlled by the operating handle during operation.

When the stroke of the control handle is small during operation, the movement of the excavator is relatively slow and the force is relatively small.

When the stroke of the control handle is large during operation, the movement of the excavator is relatively fast and the force is relatively large. Therefore,

by controlling the stroke size of the operating handle, the speed and power of the excavator can be controlled.

Controlling the stroke of the operating handle, which is what we often call the driving feel, is the most fundamental skill that must be mastered in the

operation of excavators. When working, it is strictly forbidden to directly and quickly move the handle to the maximum. Otherwise, the excavator's

movement will suddenly accelerate, causing it to shake violently. This is also a problem that many beginners often encounter. When operating, one should

first transition from the small stroke of the control handle to the large stroke, with a small buffer in between. Only in this way can the excavator move

smoothly and stably during operation.

Dig the soil

1.Digging is the main job of an excavator. There are also many skills when driving an excavator to dig, which can directly affect the efficiency of the work.

When digging, there is a trick: generally, the bucket rod cylinder is used as the main component and the boom cylinder as the auxiliary. The Angle of the

bucket teeth should be adjusted according to the movement trajectory of the bucket rod. The teeth of the bucket must be "inserted" into the soil like a knifecutting vegetables, rather than "slapped" into it. When it is inserted to a certain depth, then complete the hooking bucket and lift the arm, and it will be a perfect earth-digging action.

    2. If you are digging along the edge of a piece of soil and the soil is relatively hard, it is best to first use only two or three bucket teeth to cut through the

soil and then dig it up togetherWhen loading onto a vehicle or performing other efficience-oriented operations, make sure each bucket is fully filled. After lifting the bucket, try to stop all

other actions and only focus on the full rotation. This way, the rotation speed will be the fastest. When the soil is being excavated and rotated, the bucket is

not horizontal but slightly open. This way, the soil will not be thrown out from behind the bucket due to inertia, and the bucket will be opened more quickly

when unloading soil.

    3. When unloading soil, it is definitely not necessary to rely entirely on the action of opening the bucket to pour out the soil. Instead, while opening the

bucket, use the bucket shaft to instantly retract and then open it to throw out the soil in the flow. This will be more efficient!
