Start inspection of Lingong excavators

1. Check the engine oil level

It is carried out in a static, horizontal and cooled state!

After warming up the vehicle and turning it off for 15 minutes, proceed.

The liquid level should be between the upper and lower marking lines on the dipstick.

2. Check the antifreeze level

Check the liquid level of the expansion tank under static, horizontal and cooling conditions. After warming up the vehicle and turning it off for 15 minutes, proceed.

The liquid level is between the MAX and MIN marks!

3. Check the fuel level

It is normal for the fuel scale displayed by I-ECU to be higher than the red area.

4. Start the program

Glass cleaning/defrosting

When starting the engine, the operator should always sit in the seat.

Before performing all operations, fasten the seat belt.

Check whether all the instruments, control devices and meters can operate normally.

Do not operate the machine until the central warning light goes out.

Before starting the machine, check and confirm that there is no one near the machine.

Sound the horn;

Lift the safety lock control lever to operate or drive the working device.

5. Start

Do not repeatedly turn the ignition key on and off when the engine coolant temperature is below 5℃. At this point, its preheating function is available. Repeated operation will burn out the cable.

Do not let the starter motor run continuously for more than 15 seconds.

If the first start fails, wait at least two minutes before starting again. Stop the machine for inspection when it fails to start three times.

6. Low-temperature start preheating function

The low-temperature start preheating function protects the engine and improves the cold start performance

When the key is in the ON position and either the water temperature or the oil temperature is below 5°C, the ECU controls the preheating relay to work, heating the air entering the combustion chamber. The length of the preheating time depends on the water temperature and the minimum temperature of the engine oil.

After preheating, the temperature of the mixture in the combustion chamber rises, effectively improving the cold start performance of the engine. Even at -30°C, it can start smoothly.

7. Monitor information viewing

Check the monitor display for any abnormalities and whether it shows alarm symbols, fault codes and other information.

Under normal circumstances, the oil pressure and charging indicator alarm lights should be off, and there should be no alarm symbol.

8. Engine operation inspection

Check whether the smoke color and sound of the engine are normal.

Do not suddenly accelerate the engine at the initial start-up stage.

Do not run the engine continuously at idle for more than 20 minutes.

9. Track tension check

Lift one side of the track and measure the maximum sag of the track. The sag is preferably 320 to 340mm.

The difference in the sag of the tracks on both sides shall not exceed 10mm.

10. Check the hydraulic oil level

Fully extend the bucket cylinder and fully retract the bucket rod cylinder. The boom is completely lowered to the ground. Open the pump chamber cover and check the oil level on the hydraulic oil level gauge.

The liquid level standard: The marking of the hydraulic oil level should be located slightly above the center.

11. Motion inspection

The bucket rod/bucket cylinder extends and retract back and forth to the dead point five times each. There are no abnormal noises, jamming, oil leakage vibration or other problems in the cylinder.

There are no abnormal noises, jamming, oil leakage or vibration issues in the oil cylinder after five left and five right rotations each.

Walk forward and backward at high and low speeds twice respectively, each time for no less than 10 meters, without oil leakage or abnormal noise.
