1) Car chassis: Follow the instructions in the user manual of the selected car chassis.

2) Air compressor: Operate in accordance with the instructions in the air compressor manual.

3) Power take-off: Always pay attention to regularly checking its lubrication condition and operating status. If there is any abnormal noise, the cause should be identified and eliminated in time. The gear meshing and wear condition should be inspected once a year, and it must not be operated at excessive speed.

4) Airway: The sealing condition should be frequently checked. If there is any leakage, it should be promptly eliminated. Regularly check the working condition of each valve. If it malfunctions, repair or replace it. The safety valve is guaranteed to open when the pressure is 0.2Mpa and must not cause the tank pressure to exceed 0.2Mpa.

5) Tank body: Regularly check whether there is any air leakage at the welds of the tank body. If such a phenomenon is found, timely repair welding should be carried out.

6) Fluidized bed: Regularly inspect the canvas. If it gets damp, is not breathable or damaged, replace it in time.

2. Safety Operating Procedures for Unloading

Before opening the feed port each time, the pressure relief valve and the ball valve of the intake pipe must be opened first. Only after the remaining gas in the tank is discharged should the material cover be opened to avoid injury accidents.

2) Always pay attention to whether the pressure gauge is working properly. Strictly prevent the pressure gauge from malfunctioning, overpressure, and causing the tank to burst and leak.

3) Regularly check the safety valve to ensure that pressure relief begins at 0.2Mpa and the pressure inside the tank must not exceed 0.2Mpa.

4) Regularly check if the operation gauge is working properly to prevent overrotation that could damage the air compressor and power take-off (specifically referring to the powder tank bicycle).

5) Regularly listen to the sounds of the power valve and the air compressor. If there are any abnormal noises, stop the machine immediately to eliminate the fault.

3. Unloading steps

Before unloading, check whether the unloading disc valve, the external air source interface, the exhaust valve and the two feeding ports are closed and tightened. If they are not tightened, tighten them first to prevent air leakage.

2) Start the engine and shift the transmission to neutral. At the same time, press the clutch pedal to completely separate the transmission from the engine.

3) Open the solenoid valve switch of the power take-off and slowly release the clutch pedal at the same time to make the air compressor rotate.

4) Adjust the control handle of the control mechanism to set the speed of the air compressor to around 900r/min and stabilize it.

5) When the pressure reaches 0.18MPa, first open the auxiliary blow pipe, then open the discharge disc valves of the front and rear bins to start discharging. After that, the pointer of the air compressor will stabilize at a certain value.

6) When the air pressure drops to 0.04Mpa, the rear bin has been completely unloaded. Close the auxiliary blow pipe, open and close the rear bin disc valve several times, then close the rear bin disc valve and the rear bin air intake valve, that is, only let the front bin unload. After that, the pressure will rise and stabilize to a certain value.

7) When the pressure gauge pressure reaches 0MPa, the unloading is complete. Turn off the air compressor (close the power take-off switch) and the unloading disc valve.

4. Precautions during unloading process

When loading materials, it is important not to fill the powder tank to the brim. Some space should be reserved to allow the powder particles to expand.

2) When loading materials, it is necessary to avoid mixing foreign objects into the tank, which may block the discharge pipe and affect the discharge speed and residual rate.

3) When performing the third step of the unloading operation (see Article 3 of the unloading step), if the air compressor makes abnormal sounds, the clutch pedal should be depressed, the engine turned off, and the power take-off solenoid valve switch should be closed until the fault is eliminated before commencing work.

4) When performing the 6th step of the unloading operation (see item 6 of the unloading step), special attention should be paid to the changes in the pressure gauge. The operator must not leave the site to avoid the occurrence of excessive pressure.

5) The tank should be kept dry on a daily basis to prevent the powder from caking.

6) When maintaining a car, it is necessary to prevent parts from being dropped or bumped, and avoid knocking to prevent damage, deformation, bumps, scratches, etc. on the parts. When reassembling the parts, it is essential to pay attention to cleanliness.

7) When the air compressor is in operation, no one should stand beside it.

8) When accelerating, do not step on the accelerator too hard; apply force evenly.

9) The distance between the suction port and the bottom can be adjusted, generally ranging from 30 to 50mm.

10) Remember never to exhaust through an external air source port.

11) When the air compressor stops working due to other reasons during the pressure reduction process, the inlet ball valves of the front and rear compartments should be closed, and then the external air source should be opened. After a while, turn off the external gas source and open the intake ball valves of the front and rear compartments.

12) Special attention: After the first unloading, it is essential to inspect the bolts and U-bolts at the support points and tighten each bolt one by one. In the future, all bolts should be inspected regularly. If any loose bolts are found, they should be tightened.

5. Emergency handling

When inflating and pressurizing, if the pressure inside the tank is too high and causes the safety valve to open, the exhaust valve can be opened to reduce the pressure.

2) When water enters the tank, it should be promptly drained through the two water release valves at the bottom of the tank. If the fluidized bed canvas gets wet, it should be replaced in time to prevent cement from caking on it.

3) During the unloading process, if other abnormal situations occur and unloading needs to be stopped, the unloading disc valve can be closed first, and then the pressure inside the fluidization chamber can be released by opening the exhaust valve.
