2. Inspection of operational flexibility

★ Inspection standard: The variable speed control handle and the working device control handle should be light, flexible and free from jamming

★ Warning: When driving at high speed, do not suddenly change gears. First, apply the brakes to slow down, and then change gears. When changing the direction of travel, braking must be applied first. Wait until the machine has come to a complete stop before shifting gears. Do not lower the heavy-duty bucket in a floating position.

3. Steering performance inspection

★ Inspection standard: When the engine is at medium speed (1000rpm), the left and right steering should be flexible, without any heavy steering, lag, sway, abnormal noise, or deviation.

4. Inspection of braking effect

★ Service braking standard: On a dry and flat cement road surface, when driving at a speed of 24km/h, the braking distance should not exceed 9 meters.

★ Parking brake standard: When the handbrake is pulled, it can stop on a slope of 11.2°.

5. Engine operation inspection

Look at the smoke color of the engine. Listen to the engine sound.

★ Precautions:

Do not suddenly accelerate the engine during the preheating stage.

Do not let the engine run continuously in neutral for more than 20 minutes.

Do not let the engine idle for a long time.

6. Check the transmission oil level

The engine has been idling for 5 minutes. When the oil drain valve is opened, oil flows out.
