Common and frequently occurring faults

There are three reasons for insufficient engine mobility

(1) When the engine smoke color is black

(1) The fuel supply timing is incorrect;

(2) The compression ratio fails to meet the standard;

(3) Insufficient air intake.

(4) Slight "cylinder pulling" and severe wear of the crankshaft bearing.

(2) When the engine smoke color is blue

The main issue is oil burning. The excess oil in the crankcase should be drained.

(3) When the engine smoke color is white

The main reason is that the fuel contains moisture. The fuel should be settled and filtered before use.

When starting is very difficult, four aspects should be checked

(1) Whether the pressure relief handle is open;

(2) Whether the engine oil is added according to the grade;

(3) Whether the crankshaft bearings are severely worn;

(4) Whether the cylinder liner is "scratched".

When ignition (starting) fails, the following three aspects should be checked

(1) Whether there is fuel in the fuel tank and whether the fuel is clean; (2) The height of the resistance rod should be adjusted at any time according to the working conditions to keep the machine body in a horizontal position, so as to prevent the engine from tilting too much, which may cause poor lubrication and damage to the engine. (3) Whether the fuel injector is spraying fuel.

Correct operation

If the engine experiences runaway when starting, the fuel supply should be quickly cut off or the intake passage blocked to immediately shut down the engine.

2. Before use, it is necessary to check whether all components, transmission boxes and engine bolts are loose or fallen off.

Before starting the engine, it is necessary to check whether the clutch is in the disengaged position and whether the gearshift lever is in neutral position.

4. When adding oil, the machine should be stopped and kept away from fire sources.

5. Check whether each operating component is flexible and effective;

6. Before each operation of the micro-tiller, it is necessary to check whether the lubricating oil in the engine and transmission box is sufficient.

7. Whether the fuel tank switch is open;

When installing the plow knife, it is necessary to ensure that it is symmetrical on both sides and the working edge is facing forward; otherwise, it cannot be used normally.
