The Taikaiying ETCRANE has successfully passed the test of the new all-terrain crane in the multi-field

Recently, the 445/80R25 ETCRANE of Taikaiying successfully passed the test of the new all-terrain crane of Domino Demag, marking another milestone in the cooperation between the two sides.

In September this year, Tadano Demag conducted field and road tests on the Takayin 445/80R25 ETCRANE tire. During the on-site test, Tadano used an AC 250-5 all-terrain crane with an axle load of 27 tons to test the heavy-load capacity of the tires. During the on-road test, the ETCRANE tires were installed on an AC 130-5 crane traveling at a speed of 80km/h to test its road performance. The Taikaiying 445/80R25 ETCRANE lived up to expectations and successfully passed both tests, earning recognition from the customer.

It is well known that all-terrain cranes have their own operational particularities. Among the construction machinery for special operations, cranes have requirements such as high operating speed, efficient arrival at the operation site, and their own weight. The tires must ensure the normal operation of the equipment and timely arrival at the operation site to efficiently complete the lifting operation. This places high demands on the tires, including high-temperature resistance, anti-uneven wear, and driving comfort.

ETCRANE is the second-generation upgraded product of Taikaiying crane special tires. The new formula and cooling system have improved the heat resistance, wear resistance and durability of the tires to varying degrees compared with the first-generation product, effectively reducing the probability of heat generation and uneven wear, and greatly meeting the usage requirements of crane tires. Overall, the ETCRANE series products of Taikaiying can meet the demands of crane users for special tires that are "safe without downtime and durable with a long service life".

In fact, this is already the second time this year that Taikaiying has obtained the standard configuration qualification for Demag crane products. In January this year, Tadano Demag released the then new all-terrain crane AC 80-4. The main boom length of this crane is 60 meters and 50 meters, and it has the most outstanding lifting capacity among similar products. To ensure the user experience and operational efficiency of end users, Tadano Demag has selected the Takayin 385/95R25 ETCRANE and 445/95R25 ETCRANE tires as standard equipment for it.

The two milestone collaborations between Takayin and Domano Demag within the year mark that from now on, when customers order new all-terrain cranes from Domano, they can choose from three high-performance Takayin crane special tires - 385/95R25, 445/95R25 and 445/80R25 ETCRANE.

The collaboration between Taikaiying and Demag began in 2011, evolving from the earliest first-generation product ETGC to the current second-generation product ETCRANE. After 10 years of cooperation, Taikaiying has now become one of the important partners of Demag Cranes. Currently, more than ten crane models from AC 45 City to AC 700, AC 1000, etc., are all equipped with Taikaiying tires as standard, and have received wide acclaim from end users.

As the only Chinese brand that simultaneously provides crane tire support services to major domestic crane equipment manufacturers - Zoomlion Heavy Industry, Sany Heavy Industry, and XCMG - Taikaiying is also the only domestic brand that offers crane tire support services to Tadano and Grove.
