1. Regular replacement to extend service life: The fuel filter element can remove impurities such as iron oxide and dust from the fuel, making it a "magic tool" to prevent fuel system blockage and reduce mechanical wear. Therefore, regular replacement of the fuel filter element can ensure the stable operation of the engine. Under normal circumstances, the fuel filter element should be replaced after the first 250 hours of operation, and then every 500 hours of operation thereafter.

2. Purchase with caution to ensure quality

The quality of fuel is particularly important for the fuel system. Therefore, when purchasing fuel, it is essential to buy it from regular channels and not from small gas stations or individual oil refineries.

3. Adequate sedimentation to reduce pollution

Due to the constant jolting of the oil tank refueling vehicle during transportation, impurities and moisture at the bottom of the oil tank often mix and contaminate the fuel. Therefore, it cannot be directly added to the equipment. It needs to be fully settled before being added to the fuel tank.

4. Discharge impurities and protect the system

Remember to drain all the water and impurities from the bottom of the fuel tank and the oil-water separator before starting the engine every morning. Only in this way can the stability of the engine system be ensured.

5. Filling up the fuel tank has many benefits

After the work is completed, the fuel tank should be filled with diesel. This not only ensures there is sufficient time for sedimentation, facilitating the discharge of impurities the next day, but also prevents moisture in the air from condensing and dripping into the fuel tank at night.
