The function and maintenance of forklift rollers

Longitudinal rollers and lateral gears are installed between the inner and outer frames and on the outer wall of the forklift, which play a guiding role in their movement within the frame. There are also combined rollers that install the longitudinal and lateral rollers on a single support seat.

When the wear of the roller diameter exceeds 1mm, it should be replaced.

After the rollers are assembled, they should move smoothly without any obstruction. The gap between the lateral rollers and the guide surface of the frame should be no less than 0.3mm.
