What are the features and precautions of noodle machines
Introduction
This machine is composed of an automatic feeder, a twin-screw self-cooking forming machine and a CNC cutting machine. It adopts a twin-screw compound extrusion biological modification process. Through the push, knead and extrude of the screw shaft, it cooks the corn flour with very low viscosity and presses it into round or flat noodles.
Main components
The base part mainly consists of the machine body, main shaft, bearings, heating shell of the machine head, rear end cover, sealing ring, etc.
The main components inside the machine body include the feeding rod, feeding sleeve, heating rod, heating sleeve, grinding discs, etc. They are made of special alloy materials through heat treatment and have a long service life
Frame: Welded with Angle steel, it is beautiful, firm and safe.
In addition, there are pulleys and material hoppers.
Usage and features
The traditional production of rice cakes, vermicelli and corn noodles must go through crushing, steaming and then shaping by a forming machine. Now, our factory has developed a rice cake and vermicelli machine that overcomes the complex traditional process. Just soak the rice for more than 6 hours, and then put the rice and water into this machine for processing. Instantly, steaming hot cooked rice cakes and vermicelli can be produced. Freshly made and sold on the spot: The machine is small in size, occupying less than one square meter of space, with a low investment (only a few thousand yuan), low electricity consumption, high returns, and can be produced by one person. It can be set up for processing and sales in places such as farmers' markets, supermarkets, and residential areas. By adding nutrient-rich grains such as corn and mung beans to rice, or freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, one can produce the currently popular fruit and vegetable rice cakes, vermicelli and corn noodles in the market, which are rich in nutrition. There is no pollution at all. It is clean and hygienic.
Notes
Before starting the machine, check whether the fastening parts of all components of the noodle machine are loose.
2. The machine must be placed stably and the power supply must be safely grounded.
3. Operators should wear tight-sleeved shirts and must not wear gloves. Ladies should tie up their hair or wear a hat to prevent it from getting caught in the machine during operation.
4. When the machine is in operation, it is strictly forbidden to insert hands into dangerous parts such as rolls, gears, chains, and cutters.
5. It is strictly prohibited for ironware or other hard objects to enter the rolls or be mixed into the flour.
6. Ensure lubrication of all rotating parts.
7. Keep the machinery clean after the machine stops.
8. It is strictly prohibited to adjust the gap between the face rollers too large.
