Principle
The materials are lifted by the elevator into the screw conveyor at the top of the dryer and then evenly and continuously fed into the drying chamber. As the material is fed in, the height of the material layer keeps rising. When the material layer reaches a certain height, the material level gauge starts, the drying chamber is filled with material, and the feeding process is completed. After the feeding process is completed, the drying process begins. Four feeding rollers located at the bottom of the drying chamber evenly and continuously feed the materials into the rotary conveyor at the bottom of the drying chamber. Then, the materials are sent to the inlet of the elevator by the screw conveyor, and then sent to the upper screw conveyor of the dryer by the material distribution mechanism into the drying chamber. As the above process is continuous, Therefore, the materials in the drying room are always in a circulating state. When the materials in the drying chamber pass through the vertical box at the bottom, a very thin layer of grain is formed. The side walls of the grain layer are connected to the air chamber. Under the action of the induced draft fan, the heated air is discharged through the air duct across the material column, absorbing the hot air and the moisture discharged from the materials, thus achieving the drying of the materials.
Features
(1) The slow speed, low temperature and large air volume drying process is adopted. After drying, the activity of seeds can be effectively maintained, the drying quality is good, and the activity of seeds and the original quality of grains can be effectively protected after drying. The rate of seed cracking is low, making it suitable for seed drying operations.2. Medium-pressure, axial flow, multi-blade ventilators are used, which have high efficiency, low noise and low energy consumption.
(⑶) The entire machine and the entire drying chamber are made into a closed structure and are equipped with dust collection devices, which prevent dust from flying during the operation of the dryer, improve working conditions, and are conducive to promoting drying and removing moisture. (4) It is easy to operate and equipped with multiple safety protections, allowing for convenient and safe control of the equipment to complete the drying operation.
Purpose:
The moisture content of a newly harvested seed can be as high as 25% to 45%. Generally, the safe moisture content for cereal crop seeds during regular storage should be below 13%. Through the SHZ-12 batch grain dryer, the moisture content of seeds can be reduced, the respiration intensity of seeds can be slowed down, mold and frost damage can be prevented, and the growth and reproduction of pests and microorganisms can be effectively inhibited. It can also maintain the vigorous germination and vitality of seeds, improve seed quality, and ensure the safety of seed coating, packaging, storage and transportation. This machine is suitable for drying seeds such as rice, corn and wheat, and is also applicable to drying grains in the grain department. It can operate as a single machine or be used as a complete set of supporting equipment for seed processing.
