The operation of a pit digger includes steps such as safe operation, start-up, adjustment of working mode and position of the boom, as detailed below:

Safe operation: Before use, wear personal protective equipment such as a safety helmet, protective glasses, earplugs, protective gloves and protective boots. Check whether all the components of the machine are normal, especially the key parts such as the hydraulic system, electrical system and braking system. Level the ground to prevent the machine from working on unstable ground

Start the pit digger: According to the machine's operation instructions, start the pit digger and ensure that it is in a normal working condition.

Adjust the working mode: According to the excavation requirements, select the appropriate working mode, such as excavation, loading or leveling, etc.

Adjust the position of the bucket rod: Adjust the position of the bucket rod through the control lever or button to match the excavation requirements.

Drilling operation: Before drilling, it is recommended to conduct a test drill on soft soil first or seek guidance from experienced personnel. When drilling, hold the handle of the support with your left hand, and the throttle switch and the handle of the support with your right thumb and other fingers. Keep your feet on the ground, with a distance wider than your shoulders, and maintain an appropriate distance between your body and the drill bit to keep your balance. When starting to drill, first position the drill bit head to be inserted into the surface, and then slowly increase the throttle to avoid the drill bit swinging due to sudden throttle increase. There is no need to forcefully press the drill bit down. Just apply a light pressure when the throttle is fully open. If drilling is difficult, the machine body can be appropriately lifted before continuing to drill. When encountering resistance or rebound force, one should handle the situation calmly, promptly turn off the engine stop switch and move away from the engine body.
