What are the usage precautions for flexible low-crushing and de-manding equipment
When using flexible low-crushing and de-manding equipment, comprehensive management should be carried out from five aspects: operation norms, material handling, equipment monitoring, safety protection and maintenance and repair. The specific precautions are as follows:
I. Operating Rules
Pre-startup inspection
Make sure that all bearings, transmission components and lubricating grease in the reducer are sufficient to avoid component damage caused by dry grinding.
Check that there are no foreign objects (such as ores, iron blocks, etc.) in the crushing chamber to prevent electrical tripping or mechanical failure caused by starting under load.
Ensure that safety protection devices (such as protective covers and limit switches) are in good condition, and the distance between the protective cover and rotating parts is ≥50mm to prevent personnel from coming into contact with dangerous areas.
The startup sequence is to start the dust removal system first and run it for 5 minutes before starting the main equipment to prevent dust accumulation and potential safety hazards.
When starting up, press the "jog" button for a test run to observe whether the motor rotation direction is correct. Only after confirming there is no jamming or abnormal noise can it be officially operated.
Shutdown operation
Before shutting down, stop feeding first and let the equipment continue to run to discharge the residual materials to avoid material accumulation and blockage.
After turning off the motor power supply, clean the surface of the equipment and the working area to keep the environment tidy.
Ii. Material Handling
Material screening
The hardness and particle size of the crushed materials must comply with the design requirements of the equipment. It is strictly prohibited to mix in metal blocks, large pieces of concrete, wood and other non-crushing materials.
The moisture content of the material should be ≤15% to prevent adhesion and blockage of the equipment. When necessary, carry out pretreatment (such as screening and impurity removal) to ensure the uniformity of the material.
Feeding
The feed should be small particle materials or finished products to prevent component loosening due to vibration during the initial operation of the equipment.
Pour the materials slowly and control the feeding speed to prevent equipment blockage or overload.
Equipment monitoring
Operation parameter monitoring
Motor current: Check every 15 minutes and it must not exceed 85% of the rated current. If the current suddenly increases, the feeding amount should be immediately reduced and the cause identified.
Bearing temperature: Check every 30 minutes, with a temperature ≤70℃(≤40℃ above ambient temperature). When the temperature exceeds the limit, the machine should be shut down for inspection, and the oil circuit should be cleaned or the bearings replaced.
Crushing gap: Check once every hour to ensure it meets the particle size requirements of the product. When there is a deviation, the machine needs to be stopped for adjustment to prevent the particle size from exceeding the standard.
Lubrication system: Check the oil pressure (0.1-0.2MPa) and oil quantity every hour. When the oil pressure is insufficient, check the blockage of the oil pump and oil passage
Exception handling
If abnormal sounds, vibrations or leaks are detected during operation, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. It can be restarted only after the faults have been eliminated.
Regularly clean the adhered materials on the inner wall of the crushing chamber to prevent blockage and affect the crushing effect.
Iv. Safety Protection
Personal protection
Operators must wear safety helmets, dust masks, goggles and anti-crush work shoes. Long hair should be coiled into the safety helmet.
It is prohibited to wear accessories such as scarves and gloves (when close to rotating parts) that can easily get caught in.
Equipment safety
Ensure that the motor wiring is firm, the grounding is reliable (grounding resistance ≤4Ω), and the insulation resistance is ≥0.5MΩ.
The control buttons and emergency stop switch operate sensitively, and the indicator lights display normally. The parameters of the overload protection device (thermal relay, overcurrent protector) need to match the motor power.
Environmental safety
There are no obstacles or flammable and explosive items within 5 meters around the equipment, and the passage is unobstructed
Sufficient lighting (illuminance ≥300Lux), dust concentration ≤2mg/m³(when equipped with a dust removal system, it is necessary to check that the fan, pipelines and filter bags are in good condition).
Set up warning signs such as "Attention to rotation" and "Dust masks must be worn".
V. Maintenance and Repair
Regular maintenance
Regularly inspect the degree of equipment wear and replace vulnerable parts (such as jaw plates, hammers, rollers, etc.). The wear should not exceed one-third of the original size.
Regularly maintain the transmission device, adjust the tension of the belt (press the middle part of the belt to sink by 10-20mm), and replace the aged belt.
Regularly clean the cooling system to ensure that the flow and pressure of the cooling water are normal (inlet water pressure 0.2-0.3MPa).
Lubrication management
The oil quantity at each lubrication point (bearings, gearboxes) is sufficient (the oil level is at 1/2-2/3 of the oil gauge), and the oil quality is clean without emulsification or impurities.
The type of lubricating oil must meet the requirements (lithium-based grease is commonly used for bearings, and medium-load gear oil is used for gearboxes), and deteriorated oil should be replaced regularly.
Maintenance safety
Before conducting maintenance, repair or blockage clearance operations, power-off procedures must be completed. To enter the equipment for repair, a hazardous operation permit must be obtained.
Workers must wear protective equipment such as gas masks, and a dedicated person should be assigned for supervision. Warning lines should be set up outside the work area.
After maintenance, restore the safety protection devices to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
