First, there is not enough high-pressure oil flowing into the interior of the breaker to prevent it from striking.

Cause: Pipeline blockage or damage; There is not enough hydraulic oil.

The handling measures are: Inspect and repair the supporting pipelines; Check the fuel supply system.

Second, the phenomenon where there is sufficient high-pressure oil but the breaker does not strike.

Cause handling measures

Correction of incorrect connection of the inlet and return oil pipes

Adjust the system pressure when the working pressure is lower than the specified value

The reversing valve core is stuck. Remove the valve core for cleaning and repair

If the piston is stuck, check whether it moves smoothly by pushing or pulling it with your hand. If the piston cannot move smoothly, it indicates that there are scratches on the piston and the guide sleeve. The guide sleeve should be replaced. If possible, the piston should also be replaced

The nitrogen pressure in the accumulator or nitrogen chamber is too high. Adjust the nitrogen pressure in the accumulator or nitrogen chamber

The stop valve is not open. Open the stop valve

If the oil temperature exceeds 80 degrees, check the cooling system and reduce the oil temperature to the working temperature

Three, the piston moves but does not strike.

In this situation, the main cause is that the drill rod is stuck. You can remove the drill rod to check if the drill rod pin and the drill rod are broken or damaged. If necessary, observe whether there are any small pieces of broken or fallen pistons on the inner and outer sleeves that are stuck in the drill rod. If so, clean them up in time.
