Precision parts such as fuel injector pairs, fuel outlet valve pairs and plug pa

Precision parts such as fuel injector pairs, fuel outlet valve pairs and plug pairs, etc., have small fit clearances. Even a little rust will reduce their performance in use and may even lead to scrapping. Therefore, for new parts that are not in use for the time being, do not open the original packaging. They should be stored in a well-ventilated and dry place. Used parts should be washed with clean diesel to remove carbon deposits and other contaminants. After being assembled in pairs, they should be placed in containers filled with clean engine oil. The oil level should be such that the parts do not come into contact with the air above the oil surface. For shaft parts, including new shafts that have not been used or old shafts that have been removed, the finely processed parts on the surface should all be coated with grease (butter), wrapped up, and stored in a dry and well-ventilated place. Longer shafts should be placed horizontally or vertically. It is strictly forbidden to place them at an Angle to avoid deformation.

Springs such as torsion springs, plunger springs and fuel injector pressure regulating springs, etc., should be coated with grease and stored in plastic bags. Do not expose or come into contact with harmful substances to prevent rust and reduce performance.

Sliding bearings such as bearing shells, copper sleeves, and powder metallurgy bushings should have their oil and wax layers intact during storage. They must not be stored together with other miscellaneous parts or tools to avoid deformation and rust due to collision.

Rolling bearings that are not in use for the time being must not be opened. They should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated place. Used bearings should be cleaned to remove oil stains, lubricated with grease, and then stored in plastic bags or sealed with kraft paper.

Rubber products such as oil seals, waterproof rings, rubber dust shields and tires, even oil-resistant rubber products, should be kept away from oil during storage. At the same time, exposure to direct sunlight, baking, freezing and immersion in water should be avoided.

Plastic products and parts should avoid being exposed to heat, cold or fire. When storing, keep away from fire sources, avoid exposure to direct sunlight or freezing, and do not mix with metal parts or come into contact with acidic or alkaline substances to prevent aging and damage.
