A scientific and reasonable selection of the operation speed of the rice combine harvester can further improve the efficiency and operation quality, increase the operation volume and the income of the operator. Therefore, the operator should select different operating speeds based on the yield per mu of rice, the conditions of the field, etc.

When the yield per mu of rice is less than 400 kilograms and the field is relatively dry, 4 gears (high-speed 1 gear) can be selected for operation.

For fields where the yield per mu of rice is 400 to 500 kilograms, the stem height is over 90 centimeters, the soil is slightly rotten, and there is a thin layer of water, the third level of operation can be selected.

The yield of rice per mu is around 500 kilograms. The rice stalks are tall and the leaves are luxuriant. The field is relatively dry, so two levels of operation can be selected.

4. For fields where the yield per mu of rice is over 500 kilograms, the height of the rice stems is over 90 centimeters, and the soil is relatively rotten with water, the first level of operation can be selected.

5. During the harvesting operation, the engine must work under the large throttle to ensure that components such as the header operate at the rated speed.

When the harvester turns in the field, generally, the engine speed should not be reduced. Instead, the speed of the transmission should be changed to prevent the header and other parts from getting clogged.

7. During operation, if the machine needs to be shut down due to special circumstances, the engine should be allowed to run for 15へ30 seconds before being shut down to prevent the blockage of components such as the grain discharge auger.

When the field is large, flat, the rice is uniformly mature and there are few weeds in the field, the working speed of the combine harvester can be faster. The field is small, so the operation speed of the combine harvester should be slower.

9. The field is dry, the moisture content of the rice is low, the maturity is uniform, and the operation speed of the harvester can be faster. After the rain and in the morning and evening, when the dew is heavy, the moisture content of the rice stalks, leaves and ears is high, so the operation speed of the harvester can be slower.

On sunny days, when the rice is dry, the operation speed of the combine harvester can be faster. Rice has a high density, tall plants and high yield, so the operation speed of the harvester can be slower.

11. Rice has a low density, is sparse and short, and has a low yield. Therefore, the operation speed of the harvester can be faster. When the harvester is just put into operation, the technical conditions of each component are in the stage of usage observation, so the operation speed of the harvester can be a bit slower.

12. If the technical condition of the harvester is good and the agricultural machinery operator is proficient in operation, the working speed of the harvester can be faster. When the harvester moves over ridges of fields, ditches, etc., the working speed of the harvester can be slower under the condition of ensuring safety.
