Equipment type

Dehydration and drying equipment can fully dehydrate and dry the starch, making it convenient for storage and transportation. If the moisture content in starch is too high, it is prone to spoilage and mold.
Process flow and corresponding equipment

Cyclone washing: Use a cyclone to wash the starch slurry to remove any remaining non-starch substances.
Dehydration: A vacuum filtration dehydrator is used to dehydrate the starch, which also has a washing effect.
Air flow drying: Wet starch is dried by suspending it in a high-speed flowing hot air flow through an air flow dryer.
