For instance, in the field of integrated heavy-duty truck electric drive axles, disc hub products have been delivered in batches for market application. With nearly 3 million kilometers of actual working conditions verified, they operate reliably and stably, and have outstanding energy-saving effects. According to the statistics of a certain coal transportation route in Shanxi Province, the average monthly energy consumption of the new energy heavy-duty truck fleet equipped with hub electric drive axles is only 1.32 kilowatt-hours per kilometer, and the minimum energy consumption per vehicle reaches 1.08 kilowatt-hours per kilometer, which is far lower than the energy consumption level of similar products in the market.

In the central drive scheme design, the PDS450KCA drive assembly launched by Pan Hub Design weighs only 355kg and has an axial dimension of 755mm. Compared with the scheme using radial flux motors, its self-weight is reduced by more than 100kg and the axial dimension is shortened by approximately 340mm. It is extremely compact, with the motor's high-efficiency zone reaching 92.5%, providing stronger driving force and better adaptability to working conditions. Lower usage cost; Meanwhile, relying on the typical features of axial flux motors such as "small size, light weight and high efficiency", the hub can also provide more suitable products for more scenarios and working conditions, providing innovation-driven impetus for the technological revolution of automotive power systems!
