The operation method of the garden management machine

The garden management machine consists of a frame and adjustable height handrails. The frame is equipped with a diesel or gasoline engine (air-cooled or water-cooled), and a gearbox is set on the frame and handrails. The output shaft of the gearbox is provided with a drive wheel or chain track that can move along the shaft. The following is an introduction to the operation method of the garden management machine:

I. Engine Startup and Shutdown. Start: Turn on the fuel switch, move the adjustment control handle to the start position, and hold the recoil handle. In winter, when the weather is cold and the diesel engine is difficult to start, the fuel filler plug on the cylinder head cover can be removed before starting, and 2 milliliters of engine oil can be added inside. When it is cold in winter, the diesel engine must be preheated for five minutes after starting. To shut down: First, move the speed control handle to the low-speed position to let the diesel engine run without load for five minutes. Then, move the speed control handle to the "stop" position. Do not use the decompression handle to shut down. Finally, return the fuel switch to the "off" position

Ii. Manage the forward movement, turning and stopping of the machine. When moving forward, place the clutch handle in the disengaged position, use the gearshift lever to select the [high] or [low] position, pull the throttle switch handle to slightly increase the engine speed, and then slowly lower the clutch handle to the [engaged] position to move the management machine forward. When turning, push the handrail handle to make the management machine turn. When changing gears, place the clutch handle in the [off] position, then shift the gear control lever to the desired gear position. Finally, slowly lower the clutch handle to the [off] position to enable the management machine to move forward after changing gears. When shutting down, place the clutch handle in the [off] position to stop the operation of the management machine, and then place the throttle switch handle in the [small] position to turn off the engine.

Iii. Method of ploughing operation: Replace the wheels on the output shaft with large iron wheels; Pull out the large pin on the resistance rod mounting frame and remove the resistance rod mounting frame. Install the plow blade mounting frame onto the connection frame at the back of the management machine, insert the large pin, and adjust the positioning bolts properly. When performing ploughing operations, you can move the side ploughing adjustment handle of the plough to adjust the left and right angles of the plough body. You can also turn the adjustment handwheel to move the plough body up and down, changing the Angle at which the plough enters the soil to adjust the depth of ploughing.

Iv. Operation Method of rotary Tillage: According to the soil conditions, select the appropriate tillage gear and the height of the resistance rod. Generally, for soft soil, choose the fast gear and raise the resistance rod to facilitate the subsequent tillage. When the soil is relatively hard, choose the slow gear, lower the resistance rod, and at the same time, increase the downward pressure on the handrail during tillage to facilitate achieving a certain tillage depth. Operations should be carried out on a per-plot basis. When making a U-turn at the edge of the field, lift the handrail handle and the resistance rod. While retreating, push the handrail handle forcefully to achieve the U-turn.
