The trencher is a common mechanical equipment that can be used in both agriculture and municipal construction. The chain trencher mainly consists of a power system, a reduction system, a chain drive system and a soil separation system. After the diesel engine transmits the rotation to the clutch through the belt, it drives the traveling gearbox, transmission shaft, rear axle, etc., to achieve the forward or backward linear motion of the chain trencher. The rotation of the diesel engine in the power system is transmitted to the reducer in the reduction system through a four-belt conveyor, which then drives the main sprocket installed on it. The main sprocket drives the chain meshing with it to rotate. The cutting tool is installed on the chain. Driven by the power system, the chain rotates and translationally moves the cutting tool, thus achieving trenching.
