1. Maintenance cycle

Check every working day.

2. Inspection and judgment

Check if the sensor is loose and whether the distance between the magnet and the sensor is reasonable (the standard distance for Hall sensors is 5mm-10mm; the standard distance between inductive sensors and the travel rod of the push cylinder is 1mm-1.5mm)

3. Maintenance and care

Adjust the nut with a wrench and observe that the sensor indicator light is on.

Wiring harnesses and connectors

Check every working day.

2. Inspection and judgment

Check if the joints are loose and if the power connection is overheating. (Including: main control wiring harness, automatic winding wiring harness, display terminal and power connection wiring)

3. Maintenance and care

If the plug-in parts of the connector are loose or fallen off, they need to be re-plugged or replaced. If the power connector gets hot due to poor contact, the contact surface should be properly treated and tightened. If the wiring harness is damaged, the damaged area should be wrapped with insulating tape for waterproof and dustproof treatment
