Knowledge about the maintenance and care of water sprinkler trucks
There are the following methods for maintaining and servicing water sprinkler trucks: Firstly, the maintenance and servicing of the chassis and the matching water pump of the water sprinkler truck. These are important parts of the water sprinkler truck, and everyone needs to maintain and service them in accordance with the corresponding user manual. If it is a long-distance transfer and transportation, there should be fixed anti-slip devices on the front, rear, left and right sides of the vehicle. There should be gaps around these devices, and the gaps are generally more than 200 millimeters. If it is a self-transfer, the front nozzle and the rear sprinkler should be removed to prevent them from loosening and getting lost. It is also very important to frequently check whether each liquid outlet and opening is blocked. If any debris is found during the inspection, it should be cleared up in time to prevent blockage. After each shift of the water sprinkler truck has completed its operation, the oil stains should be cleaned up in time, all items should be placed neatly, the site should be cleaned up thoroughly, and finally, do not forget to close the door. If the vehicle is not used for a long time or in winter, the water in the tank pump of the water sprinkler truck must be drained completely, and it should be parked in a carport to avoid exposure to wind, sun and rain. Of course, before using the vehicle, it should be used correctly in accordance with the user manual.
When cleaning the chassis of a water sprinkler truck, it should be noted that the chassis closest to the ground is definitely the dirtiest, as it will be very dirty with mud and sand. So before cleaning other parts, everyone should first conduct a thorough cleaning of the chassis of the water sprinkler truck; otherwise, no part will be cleaned thoroughly. The cleaning of the paint surface of the water sprinkler truck is also very crucial. After the chassis is cleaned, the body can be washed. The body should be rinsed from top to bottom, and then wiped slowly with a towel. Do not apply too much force to prevent fine sand from scratching the body.
