How to adjust the limit of the electric film roller for greenhouses

Adjustment steps

1. Fix the film roller at the middle position where the film unfolds, connect the power supply to make the motor run, and change the motor's rotation direction back and forth several times to test whether the motor is working properly.

2. The two knobs for adjusting the stroke are red and green. One of them controls the upper limit position and the other controls the lower limit position (the upper and lower limit positions have nothing to do with the color of the knobs). The color of the knob corresponds to the indicator light. If the red indicator light is on, the red knob is activated. When the arrow on the red knob is set to zero, the machine is powered off and stops running. If the green indicator light is on, the green knob will be activated. When the arrow on the green knob is set to zero, the machine will be powered off and stop running.

3. To adjust the stroke, simply press the knob gently to rotate it to the desired number of turns, then release it. The knob will automatically spring up. If you need to roll up a height of 1 meter, use a 6-inch pipe, with each section approximately 10 millimeters. (1) Connect the power cord to the film roller, turn on the conversion switch to make the film roller roll up. If it needs to be rolled down, switch the conversion switch. While rolling up, check the color of the indicator light. If it is red, adjust the red knob to the 2-5 mark and wait for the machine to stop. If the height is insufficient or just a little short, press the button to release it, then turn 1/4 or 1/2 roll and stop. Adjust it to the desired height in this way.

(2) After setting the height, set the lower limit position. Switch the conversion switch to lower the film roller. At this time, adjust the other knob to 2-5 on the scale. Use the method of adjusting the upper limit position just now to set the lower limit position.

After the scale is adjusted properly, cover it with a waterproof cover and let the film roller run up and down several times.

5. Secure the power cord to prevent it from being pulled apart after entangling the film roll tube.

After the film roller is installed, it is essential to cover it with a waterproof cover to prevent water from entering.

After the film roller is installed, it is necessary to check whether the film roller tube is straight and whether there are any obstacles in the operation of the entire shaft. Make sure the drive shaft rotates smoothly before starting the motor.
