Inspection work before the operation of the wheat harvester

1. Check if the cutter is damaged and if all the fastening screws are loose.

Second, check whether the rakes of the bridge chain are loose and whether the tension is appropriate, and adjust and tighten them in time.

Iii. Check whether the grooves, concave plates and roller bearings are loose, and adjust and replace them in time.

4. Check whether the tension of the V-belt and chain is appropriate and whether the pulley and sprocket are loose.

5. Check the condition of the hydraulic system's oil tank, whether there is any leakage at each connection joint of the oil circuit, and whether the flange connection and fixation are loose.

Six. When the water level and oil level in the water tank, fuel tank and diesel engine bottom shell are insufficient, they should be replenished in time.

Seven. Check the connection and insulation of the electrical circuits for any damage or contact.

Viii. Check the sealing condition of the sealing plate at the entrance of the drum, the front end plate of the shaking plate, each sealing rubber plate of the de-graining part and each hole cover, etc., and whether there is any grain leakage.

Ix. Inspect and clean the filter element and the inner cavity air passage of the engine air filter.

X. Check the reliability of the steering and braking machinery, as well as whether all the instruments and control mechanisms in the cab are functioning properly.
