Use high-quality breakers (with accumulators)

Poor-quality breakers, due to not adhering to high standards in design, manufacturing, inspection and other links, are prone to malfunction during use and are more likely to cause damage to excavators. Doosan HB series crushers feature professional design and outstanding performance, and are widely applicable in rock crushing, slotting, and concrete crushing, among other fields.

Appropriate engine speed (medium throttle)

As the breaker has relatively low requirements for working pressure and flow rate (for example, in a 20-ton excavator, the working pressure is 160-180KG and the flow rate is 140-180L/MIN), it can operate with a medium throttle. If the operation is carried out with a large throttle, not only will the impact force not be enhanced, but it will also cause abnormal temperature rise of the hydraulic oil, which will cause significant damage to the hydraulic system.

Apply butter correctly

Please be sure to add lubricating grease when the steel rod is straightened. It should be added once every two hours. If lubricating grease is replenished while the steel rod is suspended in the air, the grease will enter the striking chamber. Abnormal high-pressure oil generated in the striking chamber will enter the hydraulic system and damage the hydraulic pump.

The oil quantity and contamination status of the pressure oil

Hydraulic oil contamination is one of the main causes of hydraulic pump failure, so the contamination status of the hydraulic oil should be confirmed in a timely manner. (Change the hydraulic oil every 600 hours and the filter element every 100 hours.) In addition, a lack of hydraulic oil can cause cavitation, leading to problems such as pump failure and damage to the piston and cylinder of the crusher. Therefore, it is necessary to check the oil level before use every day.

Replace the oil seal in time

The oil seal is a vulnerable part. It is recommended to replace the oil seal of the crusher once every 600 to 800 hours of operation. When the oil seal leaks, work must be stopped immediately and the oil seal replaced; otherwise, dust is likely to enter the hydraulic system, damaging the hydraulic system and the hydraulic pump.
