Operation process of corn stalk silage baling machine
Operating process of corn stalk silage baling machine
Place the bales between the two support end covers and on the two flat belts. Manually wrap half a circle of the stretched plastic film and insert the end into the binding rope. Please press the start switch. The motor will drive the rotating frame to rotate together. The stretched plastic film of the bales will wrap around itself and the wrapping work will be completed automatically.
When the second layer (24 seconds) and the third layer (36 seconds) of the film wrapping work are completed, the machine's rotating frame automatically stops. At this point, the film wrapping is complete, and the operator can remove the wrapped bales and then start the next round of work with new bales.
The round bale wrapping machine is one of the wrapping equipment for silage, micro-silage and yellow silage.
This machine can automatically wrap the round bales of fresh straw and fresh grass that have been bundled.
2. After adjusting the counter, this machine can be used to replace two-layer, three-layer, four-layer and six-layer coatings.
The silage bales wrapped by this machine can be stored for 1 to 2 years after natural anaerobic fermentation.
4. This machine is used in conjunction with baling machines of the same model.
Compared with similar products at home and abroad, this machine features reliable and dense film wrapping, excellent stretching effect, flexible and convenient operation, and can save about 25% of film usage
Compared with traditional silage methods such as cellar storage, pile storage and tower storage, forage film wrapped silage has the following characteristics:
First, the quality of silage is good. Due to the good sealing property of the stretch film wrapped silage, the quality of the anaerobic fermentation environment of lactic acid bacteria is improved, the nutritional value of the feed is enhanced, it has a fragrant smell, high crude protein content, low crude fiber content, high digestibility, good palatability, high feed intake rate, and the utilization rate of livestock can reach 100%.
Second, there is no waste. The losses from mold, liquid flow and feeding are all greatly reduced. The loss of traditional silage can reach 20% to 30%.
Third, it does not pollute the environment. Due to its excellent sealing performance, there is no phenomenon of liquid leakage. The packaging is appropriate, the volume is small, the density is high, and it is easy to transport and commercialize, ensuring a balanced supply and year-round use of modern livestock silage for large, medium and small-sized dairy farms, beef cattle farms, goat farms, and farmers.
Four. Long preservation period. It has good compaction and sealing performance, is not affected by seasons, sunlight, rainfall or groundwater levels, and can be stored outdoors for more than 2 to 3 years. Strengthen the research and promotion of new technologies and methods for comprehensive utilization of straw, and encourage enterprises engaged in comprehensive utilization of straw to actively introduce and develop practical technologies, processes and equipment for straw collection, storage, transportation and utilization. Support and guide the development of grassroots service organizations, and accelerate the promotion and application of comprehensive utilization technologies for straw.
Market prospects: By vigorously promoting the comprehensive utilization of straw, it will drive the accelerated development of related industries. The problem of straw burning in key areas will be basically solved, and the issue of air pollution will be effectively alleviated. This will also drive employment for rural surplus labor, increase agricultural efficiency and farmers' income. In 2010, the straw consumed in livestock farming was equivalent to saving 50 million tons of grain. Its use as fuel is equivalent to saving about 60 million tons of standard coal, achieving a win-win situation in terms of environmental, economic and social benefits.
