1. Check whether there is any leakage or seepage at the connection points of the cylinder, oil pipe and valve group components. If such a phenomenon is found, tighten them in time and pay attention to observation.

2. Check the wear degree of the wooden block for adjusting the push head of the main oil cylinder and make timely adjustments to keep the gap between the bottom of the push head and the base plate between 2mm and 3mm. Check the gap between the push head of the pressure cylinder and the side plate to be 3mm-5mm, and the gap of the balance bar on one side to be 4.5mm. Adjust the cylinder bracket. Keep a 5mm gap between the left and right sides of the push head and both sides of the silo opening, and keep a 5mm gap between the bottom of the push head and the bottom plate of the box.

3. Check the oil level and grease of the hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil level should be maintained at the 50-70 mark on the oil gauge. When the machine is working, check if the hydraulic oil is at a high temperature. The hydraulic oil should be replaced according to the seasonal temperature. When the temperature is below -15℃, L-HM 32 # winter anti-wear hydraulic oil should be replaced. When the temperature is above -15℃, L-ML 46 # summer anti-wear hydraulic oil should be replaced. It is recommended to add hydraulic oil of the same brand. When the color turns dark brown or milky white, it should be replaced to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.

4. The filter element must be replaced when the control system alarms or after a cumulative 200 hours. Clean the air filter element at the fuel filler port. The air filter element should be cleaned once every 24 hours. The oil suction and return filter elements must be replaced after the first 50 hours of use. Subsequently, they should be replaced based on alarms or every 200 hours of operation. At the same time, clean the magnetic rod of the return oil filter.
