Winter maintenance precautions for Shunbang Baling machines

Before starting work, check whether the bolts and nuts at all parts of the entire machine are loose. If any are loose, they should be tightened promptly and properly.

2. The gear oil of the new machine must be replaced after continuous operation for 7 working days or 50 hours, and then every 500 hours thereafter. The transmission oil level of the main unit is 4 liters, and that of the picker is 8 liters. Gear oil grade: GL-580W90. It is recommended to use brand gear oil.

3. When the machine is running, check whether the rotation of each transmission shaft is concentric. If they are not concentric, replace or correct them in time to ensure that the machine does not resonate and maintain the overall dynamic balance.

4. Check the wear degree of the moving knife and the fixed knife, and inspect whether the moving knife is broken. If it is broken, it must be replaced in time to maintain the overall dynamic balance of the machine.

5. Check the degree of wear of the hammer claws, and inspect whether there are any broken or deformed hammer claws, whether there are zombie claws, and whether the hammer claws are lost, move unfreely, have too much dirt or are severely worn, etc. Keep the overall dynamic balance intact and extend the service life of the machine.

6. When the vehicle is in motion, make sure to fasten the safety chain properly and then lower the pickup machine to prevent the boom from sinking on one side due to bumpy road conditions when lifting the pickup machine. This could cause the pickup machine to be uneven on both sides during operation and fail to pick up the goods thoroughly.

7. Adjust the lower support arm of the picker so that the left and right swing range of the picker is 1 to 3 centimeters or there is no obvious swing range.

8. During operation, each oiling point of the entire machine should be oiled once every 6 hours in summer, with a manual oil gun for 5 to 7 times. In winter, it should be oiled once every 8 hours, with a manual oil gun for 5 to 7 times. Pay attention to the temperature changes of each bearing. A temperature below 90℃ is normal.
