Every year when it's the time for chili seedling cultivation, the most headache-inducing issue for seedling factories might be the difficulty in recruiting workers. In the face of the current situation where most young people go out to work, seedling factories can only rely on some middle-aged and elderly people to complete the seedling cultivation work. Filling the soil, sowing the seeds, and then filling the soil again, each step is quite time-consuming and labor-intensive, especially the sowing the seeds. The tray seedling production line integrates six major processes: soil covering, leveling, hole pressing, spot sowing, soil covering and leveling. It is composed of three parts: two soil covering machines at the front and back, and an intermediate seeding machine.

Previously, manual seeding could only be done by one person working 10 hours a day for about 100 trays. However, with machine seeding, only five people are needed to operate it, and it can reach 900 to 1,000 trays per hour, which can meet the planting needs of 50 mu of land. The tray seedling machine, in accordance with the development requirements of scale, industrialization and standardization, has provided convenience for the chili seedling industry.

The advantages of using a seedling seeder are not limited to these. They also include consistent hole pressing depth, consistent seedling emergence, fast seeding speed and high accuracy. It has greatly improved the efficiency of seedling cultivation and shortened the seedling cultivation time.
