Performance Characteristics and Usage Advantages of the Manure Scraper Machine
The manure scraper is used for cleaning the manure of poultry and livestock raised in cages and on nets. It is simple to operate, convenient and practical, and is an ideal manure cleaning equipment for farms.
Working principle of the manure scraper:
The output shaft of the reducer transmits power through a chain or a V-belt to the main driving wheel, which, together with the tightened traction rope, generates friction force to pull and drive the scraper to move back and forth. When the scraper is working, the crescent-shaped sliding block on the scraper automatically drops when it touches the ground, and automatically lifts when it returns, completing the manure cleaning operation.
Performance characteristics of the manure scraper:
1. The scraper plates can be automatically retracted and extended. The width of the plate position can be customized according to the volume of the manure ditch, with low friction and low noise. The manure can be cleaned thoroughly. The overall hot-dip galvanized scraper plate and the stainless steel scraper plate can be chosen at will.
2. The turning wheels are made of 46# steel and are hot-dip galvanized and machined. This ensures the stability and reliability of the operation of the stainless steel traction rope and the overall manure cleaning system.
3. The specially thickened scraper plates ensure the long service life of the manure scraper machine.
4. The operation of the manure scraper is particularly simple. It can achieve unmanned management. The manual temporary manure cleaning and automatic timed manure cleaning can be switched at will. The time can be set arbitrarily.
5. The motor is directly connected to the reducer. The volume is small and the operation is simple.
6. The scraper plate is made by a CNC machine and cannot deform.
7. The manure scraper machine uses 380V three-phase power supply output.
8. A relatively standard planetary gear pinwheel reducer is used to determine the rationality of the output transmission ratio.
Advantages of the automatic use of the manure scraper:
1. Timed: The stomach area of the suckling piglets is small and their digestive capacity is weak. The weaned piglets have poor digestive ability and need to be fed five tons every day. The lactating sows and the sows in the later stage of pregnancy need more nutrition and four meals a day 24 hours a day. The remaining pigs can be fed three times a day.
2. Quantitative: According to the weight, nutrition and appetite of the pigs, the feeding amount of the feed can be flexibly controlled. Generally, feeding food in the trough is appropriate. The appetite of the pigs is usually good at night, secondly in the morning, and worst in the afternoon.
3. Quality: The variety and proportion of the feed should not be changed too much. The change of the variety, the new and old feeds need to be gradually increased and decreased to make the digestive function of the pigs a gradual adaptation process. A sudden change is likely to cause the appetite of the pigs to decrease or to eat too much, which is harmful to the health and weight gain of the pigs.
4. Fixed temperature: The temperature of the feed has an impact on the health and weight of the pigs. If the feed temperature is too low, especially in winter when the feed is frozen, it not only consumes a lot of heat but also can cause failure of sow reproduction and gastrointestinal diseases.
Operating procedures of the manure scraper:
1. Before the manure scraper starts working, the connecting shafts on the non-power side (i.e., the scraper plate close to the main unit) of the manure cleaning main reducer should be disconnected. That is, the bolts connecting the connecting shaft and the main reducer should be removed. This ensures that the main unit of the manure scraper machine can be driven by the reducer to rotate and make the traction rope wrap around the rope wheel, so that the traction rope can pull the scraper plate towards the main unit, while the scraper plate on the non-power side will move with the change of the traction rope. The reverse process is the opposite. The bolts on the original power side should be removed and the bolts on the original non-power side should be installed. One round of the scraper plate movement completes one manure cleaning operation.
2. The travel of the scraper plate of the manure scraper is controlled by the travel switch. When the scraper plate reaches the corresponding position and touches the travel switch installed on the manure ditch wall, the manure scraper machine automatically stops working.
3. Start the forward-reverse switch of the manure scraper machine and it will start working. The working mode of the manure scraper machine is: the scraper plates in the two rows of manure ditches are in the same direction, while the scraper plates in the three rows of manure ditches are in the opposite direction to the previous two rows (that is, when the scraper plates in the first two rows are cleaning, the third row of scraper plates is in the reverse return direction and does not play a cleaning role. Push the forward-reverse switch to the reverse direction, the first two rows of scraper plates will be in the reverse return direction and do not play a cleaning role, and the third row of scraper plates will clean), when the handle of the forward-reverse switch is in the middle position, the manure scraper machine is in a non-working state and stops cleaning.
